Don’t work and horrible customer service
I I have not even been able to use these new earbuds. I cannot get them to pair with any of the multiple devices. I have tried. I have emailed Customer Service twice and called and left messages twice and have not heard anything back from anyone.

So Far, So Good
Bought my first pair of wireless buds. Didn't know what to expect. Setup was a bit tricky, but doable. Tried them out & was very impressed w/the fit & comfort. What stood out most was the sound quality. Everything sounded natural. Very pleased in the short term. Will see how the long term plays out.

Sound Great But Difficult to Use
Mixed. They sound very good and I like all of the customization features. My biggest issue is that they are difficult to remove from the case. The magnets that hold them in the case are very strong and the sides are so slick that it is difficult to grasp them to remove them from the case. Either the magnets need to be weaker or there should be rubber or another material that is easier to grip on the sides of the earbuds. This annoys me every time I remove them from the case, so I am constantly reminded how difficult they are to use. It feels like I need to give myself an extra minute or two to remove them from the case before I use them for a call.

Sound Great But Difficult to Use
They are ok. The sound is very good, but I have to fight with them every time I want to remove them from the case. The magnets that hold them in place are very strong and the sides are so slick that it is difficult to get a grip on them to pull them out of the case. Either the magnets need to be less powerful or the earbuds need to have a material on the sides that is easier to grasp. It annoys me every time I go to use them, which is not a good experience.

Pretty good for the price
Overall, I am pleased with the headphones for the price. I was surprised at how good the sound quality is for the price point. It’s comparable to my old Bose headphones. The battery life has been good as well. The only issue I’ve had is I used them to run in a half marathon and while in the large group of people the headphones kept cutting in and out. I’m not sure if it’s interference being in a large group with a lot of people using Bluetooth technology in a compact space or what the cause was. However, it’s the only time I’ve had the issue so far and it doesn’t happen during typical daily use. If it wasn’t for that one issue I’d give them 5 stars.

Special ear buds
Love these ear buds! I use several Samsung buds and Sony on the regular. I've had a few other 1More audio products and I wanted to get a wireless ear buds from them. I found these Evo 54c70c and did research. Then purchased and I was impressed. I would say they exceeded my expectations. The app is great and I enjoy the fit in my ears. Sound quality is fabulous and can easily be customized. Noise canceling is really good and is helpful in a busy workplace. A++

Great set of earbuds and great customer support!
Great set of earbuds overall! First pair I ordered unfortunately the case would not charge or buds wouldn’t pair unless plugged in. However 1More’s customer was very responsive and I had the pair exchanged for a new pair which work perfectly! Great sounding, easy to pair and operate. Very comfortable in the ears. The app works great with them and the personalized sound test made the sound experience even better! I certainly recommend these tws earbuds!
