Bluetooth device won't pair to earbuds
Ensure both your earbuds and your device are within 10 metres (30ft) of each other. Try to limit obstables such as walls and electrical or wireless equipment between the two, as these can potentially compromise Bluetooth performance.
To resolve most issues with Bluetooth pairing, try the following steps:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
- If you've previously paired your earbuds with your device, Remove / Forget the earbuds, then retry the pairing process.
- Restart your device.
- Reset your earbuds by holding the button inside of the charge case with both earbuds in the case for 5 seconds.
- Try the pairing procedure from the beginning but with a different source device.
