The Healthy Options allowance is offered to eligible members enrolled in the following Humana Medicare Advantage plans:
- 100% of
Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNPs) - Select
Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans (CSNPs) - Certain non-SNP members on select Medicare Advantage plans may also be eligible
