   Go to your TikTok For You page. If automatic scrolling is available for your account, you can turn it on from the For You page. Open the TikTok app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad, then tap the tab that says For You at the top of the page.

   • If you don't have TikTok installed on your smartphone or tablet, you can download it for free from the Google Play Store on Android, or the App Store on iPhone and iPad.

   Tap and hold a video. Tap and hold the center of any video while it plays. A menu will appear.

   Tap Auto Scroll (if available). If you see this option, tap it to turn on automatic scrolling. Now, TikTok will automatically play the next video once the current video ends.^[2]

   • If you do not see Auto Scroll in the menu, your TikTok account does not yet have the Auto Scroll feature. Until your account gets auto scroll, you can use voice commands on your Android, iPhone, or iPad to scroll automatically through videos.

    • The first time you open the Voice Access app, you will be asked if you want to allow Voice Access to listen continuously or stop listening after 30 seconds. Tap the radio option next to whichever app you prefer.

    Open TikTok and use voice commands. Now that you've set up Voice Access, you can use it to scroll through TikTok videos with your voice instead of your hands.

    • To scroll hands-free on TikTok, say "Scroll down" to scroll to the next video.
