  4. I thoroughly enjoyed many of your recipes this year. The black bean and quinoa enchilada bake was a particular favorite. For Christmas Eve, I finally got around to making your soft pretzel bites. Oh my gracious!! I don’t know if I’ve ever made anything that was as universally well-recieved as those! My husband, daughters and I were eating them so fast, the mound of pretzels on the platter was considerably smaller by the time our guests arrived. They disappeared so quickly, I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been craving them ever since. They are for sure on our NYE menu, and will become a staple around here for every party. Thanks so much for making our family’s meals better all year long. I love your site!

  8. I might have single-handedly made the black bean and quinoa enchilada bake your most popular recipe. I made it like a biggilion times, including for a birthday party where all my guests asked for the recipe. That one is a huge hit in this house.

    Somehow I’ve missed the others. I guess I know what I’m doing with the rest of this holiday break!
